The xto10x Startups Employees Love program recognises and celebrates startups for their standout people and culture practices. The program provides participants with a forum to share their expertise as well as benchmark their processes with the best in the startup ecosystem. Participating startups will be recognised across four categories -
People Excellence - to recognise organisations with the highest eNPS scores.
Best for Women - to recognise organisations with the highest eNPS scores for women employees.
Best people practices - to recognise organisations with standout people practices.
Best People Managers - to recognise managers with the highest MRX scores.
To be eligible to participate in the xto10x Startups Employees Love program, your organisation needs to -
1. Have a headcount of >50 full time employees.
2. Have been incorporated after 2010.
The xto10x Startups Employees Love program is not a jury based program. The results are decided by PeopleCues, a completely objective eNPS online assessment and reporting tool.
eNPS or employee net promoter score is a scoring system to measure employee satisfaction. Conceptually, it is similar to the Net Promoter Score (Bain & Co, Satmetrix systems and Fred Reichheld) which measures customer loyalty. The online eNPS assessment consists of 57 questions covering areas such as leadership & managerial effectiveness, organisation processes, people practices, career & development, and pride & well being. The eNPS tool has been used and validated for companies of various sizes.
You will receive -
- An eNPS score that tells you how satisfied your employees are to work in your company.
- An organisational health heatmap that helps you shortlist the areas you need to focus on to improve your eNPS scores. The heatmap also shows you what your employees think the organisation is doing well.
- Benchmark scores that tell you how your organisation fares in comparison to other participating companies.
No, your data will not be shared with any other company. Report and scores for your company will only be accessed by your HR and leadership teams via PeopleCues.
No, there is no participation fee.
You will need to fill in basic details about your company such as name, size and URL. Also keep accessible email ids and contact details of your company’s founder, HR and anyone else apart from you who needs to be given admin access for the next steps in the assessment.
No, you do not have to enroll separately for each category. Once you complete the registration, you will be automatically enrolled for all categories.
- The next step is to set up your organisation on the online PeopleCues tool. For this, you will need to keep ready the names, email ids, gender and manager names of all your employees.
- Next, you will need to ensure that employees have responded to the questionnaire.
- If we need additional details during assessment, we will get in touch with you. The eNPS report and recognition will be shared with you in 3 weeks.
